Eleanor has been really helpful throughout the process of finding a new position and has given lots of her time and energy to me over the past few weeks. If I’m honest, I’m not normally a fan of recruitment within the veterinary field, as I’ve had bad experiences in the past and know many others who have as well. Recently, however, I found myself in an incredibly difficult situation, unsure of what I was going to do. El came to the rescue with empathy, compassion, and genuine consideration, not for simply whatever would find me a role quickly, but for finding the role that was right for me. I’m beginning a new position next week thanks to her, and I’m managing to do so feeling hopeful about my future there, despite the difficulties of the past.
