Chris contacted me proactively. Whilst we do not usually go through agencies, I was persuaded by him to take a look at a candidate he had in mind. The candidate appeared on paper well-matched for the role we had available. Chris passed on further information to us promptly, and we were able to arrange an interview at a mutually convenient time within our limited timeframe.
