Craven road is a busy 3 site practice with a total of over 15,000 patients. After losing our Advanced Nurse Practitioner of 10 years’ we wanted to replace her with a strong ANP. We initially advertised for the post but the results were relatively weak. Prospect understood what we were looking for in a new member of staff and we interviewed candidate that met our criteria who then accepted the post who has now been here 7 months and has fitted into the team. A few months later after struggling to recruit a GP through the usual channels we asked Prospect to source another ANP. We interviewed a few candidates and again made an appointment.
